At 35mm Co., we want you to capture every memory with confidence. If your camera or accessory isn't meeting your expectations, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, batteries, and straps are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
